Work Log 2

I noticed that we had this page as a draft for a while now, so I guess it probably should get published.

March 20: Began work in earnest on building our rover according to our designs. Found chassis and wheels, began crafting into workable forms. (not really, they're cardboard)

March 21: Continued building rover, including making rover more visually appealing. Work on instruments begins, with water sampler coming first, as it is the easiest to construct.

March 26: Work on Instruments of the rover continues, with much work done on hot glueing soil analyser together, as well as assembling the cardboard camera.

March 27: Wheel rig and wheels put together, all that remains in that stage is to connect them to the main body via cardboard plates.

March 28: Work on the rover complete (for now.) Rolls fairly well, although some refinements necessary.

Our Design Plan

We've finally finished our blueprints, after much refining. This is what we plan to make our rover look like, on a 1:4 scale. All unmarked measurements can be assumed to be the same as equivalents on similar views.

Work Log

Day 1 (3/3): Brainstormed mission goals, found Callisto as our eventual destination. Began drafting mission statement.

Day 2 (3/5): Worked on mission statement, found information on Callisto. Began drafting designs of our rover.

Day 3 (3/6): Finalized mission statement, tools, and planetary information.

Day 4 (3/12): Made Logos, slogan.

Day 5 (3/15): Worked on design, finalized logo, and began to create the kindergarden project.

Day 6 (3/19): Finalized the design, posted logo & slogan, and finished the kindergarden project.
